Position Description: The Strategic Planning Analyst is responsible for strategic content development, planning, engagement, and communications in support of U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF) programs. Minimum/General Experience: 4 years of experience in advanced communications and analytics, project development and management, and strategic engagement support Minimum Education: Master's degree in business, data analytics or related field; Bachelor's degree with an additional 3 years of equivalent experience Essential Skills/Qualifications: • Excellent experience with strategic communication and engagement support, • Excellent experience designing, implementing, and evaluating strategic plans, • Excellent experience supporting advanced data analytics, • Excellent experience supporting quantitative and qualitative research, • Excellent experience producing executive-level communication work products, • Excellent experience designing and delivering complex, data-driven Microsoft PowerPoint presentations, • Excellent experience supporting data analysis, visualization, and automation in Microsoft Excel, • Excellent ability to support email and calendaring in Microsoft Outlook, • Above average experience supporting process improvement, • Above average experience supporting risk identification and mitigation, • Excellent ability to work as part of a team and engage with stakeholders, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Excellent attention to detail skills, • Strong ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner, • Assignment Location - U.S. Fleet Forces Command, 1652 Mitscher Ave., Norfolk, VA, • Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects., • Typing, communicating, repetitive motions., • Close visual acuity to prepare and analyze data, view computer monitors and read.
