Job Description Remote Sales Role The Schreiner Group is a privately held, family-owned organization, operating with over 1,500 employees across three locations (Germany, China, US). As an internationally active, high-tech label manufacturer, we are mostly a strategic partner for our customers in the markets of healthcare & automotive industries. Our core business is innovative high-tech labels and functional parts. We increase the added value for our customers through suitable system solutions and services. The US operations are currently headquartered in Blauvelt, NY with plans to relocate to Chestnut Ridge, NY within the next two years. The brand-new location will offer the increased production, warehousing, and shipping capacity needed to support our continued growth in the market. In addition, the new facility will include a training center for our employees to enhance their skills, and to test new innovations. By focusing on our customers' needs, we are able to deliver excellent service in support of their goals. About the Role: The Sales Account Manager, reporting to the Director of Sales in our pharmaceutical product line, will play a pivotal role in our growth as we move forward. This position involves seeking new customers within their designated market, maintaining relationships with those accounts, and working as a strong partner on the account's behalf to ensure that we deliver an excellent product, at a great price point. Ultimately, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for growing the total book of business and building strategic, long term partnerships Primary Responsibilities • Generates new sales with new customers thereby generating new business., • Up to 70% of time and efforts to be spent on new business generation and activities, • Ensures that existing customer’s needs, demands, and questions are met., • Keeps a constant line of communication open to the customer. Interacts and com-municates with our customers on a daily basis. Set up status meetings with the customer., • Conducts market analysis and research regarding the best pricing structure for the customer and company., • Manages customer issues or complaints and moves to resolve the issue by direct them to the appropriate department., • Development of product solutions together with customers and internal sales., • Aid in the development of new products., • Develop an annual budget and forecasts. Explain significant variance between ac-tual and budgeted/forecasted figures., • Determines the most crucial needs of the customer to come up with the best ac-count management strategy and objectives., • Conducts account and customer reviews and interviews to anticipate customer needs., • Coordinate with the sales team, Sales and Project Managers, and other staff mem-bers to make sure customer’s demands are being met., • Forecast sales for customer accounts. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree or higher educational degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline., • 3-5 years’ experience in outside sales and project management., • 3-5 years’ experience in negotiating new customer contracts., • Experience utilizing a CRM, • Intermediate to advanced level of computer knowledge in the Microsoft Office Suites., • Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone, and Must live within 1 hour drive of a major airport, • Willing to travel frequently (40%) within North America (Mostly domestic), with sporadic international travel (typically Germany), • Preferred within 3 hours of New York City
