The Electromechanical Technician will conduct factory acceptance testing (FAT) and commissioning of the company's primary industrial product line. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot, test, and validate electromechanical assemblies, controls, and wiring harnesses., • Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and control issues with minimal supervision., • Implement improvements and ensure issues are properly documented., • 5+ years of experience in electromechanical assembly and troubleshooting., • Strong understanding of industrial automation, robotics, and control systems., • Skilled in wiring, mechanical repair, and system-level debugging., • Experience with software tools for control system diagnostics (PLC/HMI/etc.)., • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics., • Ability to write and improve manufacturing assembly work instructions for hardware and electrical systems., • Experience with mechanical systems such as pumps, motors, gears, air compressors, and pressure vessels., • Experience in a manufacturing environment., • Experience with high-current, high-voltage, or high-amperage wiring systems., • Associate's Degree in mechanical engineering technology, mechatronics, electronics technology, or related field., • Experience with Beckhoff Twincat PLC systems., • Ability to work standing, kneeling, or on ladders., • Proficient in Microsoft applications. Work Environment Enjoy working in a climate-controlled assembly shop and corporate headquarters offices from Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm. You will be surrounded by friendly, driven, passionate people dedicated to the mission the company serves. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
