Key Responsibilities: · Oversee and enforce subcontractor quality standards, including inspecting seams, penetrations, tie-ins, and ensuring work is completed without temporary measures. · Maintain job site housekeeping and ensure compliance with company safety standards. · Manage daily inventory of materials and Best Roofing equipment; ensure proofs of delivery are submitted to the Construction Manager. · Serve as the primary onsite contact for subcontractors, consultants, city inspectors, and clients. · Provide daily project progress updates, including photos and videos, to the project team. · Maintain company equipment and assigned vehicles, ensuring necessary fuel, oil, and maintenance supplies are available. · Coordinate crane and dumpster schedules with the Construction Manager. · Enforce Best Roofing’s subcontractor apparel and safety policies. · Record daily work hours accurately · Attend Best Roofing University training sessions and apply learning from “The 31 Steps of the Construction Project.” · Perform other duties as assigned to support project success.
