Summary The Superintendent is responsible for the maintenance and oversight of property operations and assigned personnel. The tasks required for this position will require flexibility, excellent organization and attention to detail. The Superintendent is primarily responsible for maintaining and improving real estate assets as well as monitoring the fiscal performance for the Superintendent’s area. Responsibilities: Conduct regular property inspections and provide assistance to residents. Coordinate move-in for new residents and move-out inspections for residents vacating their unit. Update and maintain property reports as assigned Participate in capital improvement projects.
