ABOUT THE ROLE The Manager of Programs & Member Engagement owns the end-to-end operational execution of WEoB's virtual programming and in-person events, including the flagship Annual Symposium. This position plays a key role in strengthening member engagement through well-executed experiences. WEoB's programs are designed to foster meaningful peer connection among accomplished women executives. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role within a small, collaborative team. The role translates approved programming direction into clear operational plans, builds timelines, coordinates logistics, manages member communications, and oversees the weekly member newsletter — ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard. Working in partnership with volunteer leaders and reporting to the Executive Director, this role ensures programs move smoothly from concept through completion with strong organization and follow-through. KEY RESPONSIBILITES Programming Execution • Own operational planning and execution of the virtual programming calendar, • Build timelines, monitor key milestones, and proactively ensure initiatives remain on schedule, • Coordinate speakers, moderators, and session logistics, • Manage Zoom Webinars, including technical setup, recordings, and interactive features, • Ensure post-session follow-up, including distribution of recordings and resources to participants, • Track participation trends and prepare summary reports, • Support additional programming initiatives as organizational priorities evolve Annual Symposium • Own logistical planning and operational execution of the Annual Symposium, • Develop and manage detailed project timelines to support committee-led agenda and sponsorship efforts, • Coordinate venue, audiovisual, vendor, and registration logistics, • Manage the complete registration process, including setup, tracking, communications, and reporting, • Create and maintain Symposium website content, including agenda, speaker profiles, and event information, • Manage speaker information, including bios, headshots, session materials, and website updates, • Coordinate speaker communications and ensure required deliverables are received, • Develop run-of-show documentation and oversee onsite operational readiness, • Produce post-event operational reports Sponsor-Supported & Partner-Hosted Events • Provide structured operational support for partner-supported regional initiatives, • Coordinate basic event information and assist with member communications, • Support registration coordination Member Communications & Newsletter • Develop and manage the weekly member newsletter — own the editorial calendar, content selection, and prioritization in alignment with organizational priorities, • Coordinate with the Manager of Member Services & Systems to incorporate accurate operational updates, renewal reminders, and board opportunity listings into member communications, • Draft and coordinate programming communications, including announcements, reminders, and follow-up emails, • Manage promotional timelines to ensure programs and events are marketed effectively, • Maintain and update program descriptions and registration pages, • Create and publish program-related LinkedIn content, including post-event highlights and speaker spotlights, using established templates and organizational messaging, • Ensure all communications align with approved messaging and brand standards Operating Teams Partnership & Support • Provide operational coordination support to the Programming & Events and Member Engagement Operating Teams, • Coordinate Operating Team meetings, track action items, and maintain documentation to ensure effective follow-through, • Prepare Operating Team updates for inclusion in regular Board reports, • Partner with Operating Team Leads and the Executive Director to implement approved program priorities QUALIFICATIONS Required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, • 3+ years coordinating virtual and in-person programs in association, nonprofit, or corporate settings, • Experience supporting volunteer leaders and Operating Teams, • Proven ability to build timelines and ensure follow-through, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences, • Self-directed work style with high standards and ability to work with minimal supervision, • Adaptable team player comfortable in a small, fast-paced environment, • Experience managing program budgets, vendor relationships, and expense tracking, • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Zoom Webinars, and event management tools, • Skill using Canva or similar design tools to create professional materials, • Ability to create and publish professional content for executive audiences Preferred • Experience in executive membership organizations or professional associations, • Interest in corporate governance and women's leadership in the boardroom, • Familiarity with board structures and governance terminology, • Experience with Zoho CRM, member portals, and email marketing tools WHAT Dependability and genuine interest in growing within a mission-driven organization WHAT WE OFFER Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $60,000–$63,000, based on experience, • Opportunity for discretionary year-end bonus based on performance, • Health and dental insurance with employer contribution, • Technology stipend, • Generous PTO, including two weeks' vacation, eight paid holidays, one floating holiday, and your birthday, • Year-end break with soft close from December 25 to January 1 WORK ENVIRONMENT • 100% remote position with flexible work arrangements, • Preference for candidates in Central or Eastern time zones; Dallas-Fort-Worth area ideal for occasional in-person collobration., • Standard business hours, Monday through Friday, • Travel required for the Annual
