Job Description Reports To: CFO Job Type: Full-Time Position Overview This is a newly created position focused on expanding the Sales department and driving revenue within the Door & Gate Operators industry. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with strong technical knowledge who can support new business development, technical sales, and long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate is motivated, independent, and customer-focused, with the ability to combine technical expertise and sales skills to achieve results. This role offers a competitive base salary, commission and bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package following a 90-day probation period. Key Responsibilities • Sell Door and Gate Operator products and related services, • Build credibility and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers, • Prospect for new customers and business opportunities, • Accurately document customer activity and discoveries in the CRM system, • Drive sales volume through proactive outreach and follow-up, • Meet with prospective customers to present products and services, • Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and learning events, • Deliver exceptional customer service and support customer retention efforts, • Educate customers on current and future product offerings, • Prepare quotes, sales orders, and successfully close deals, • Manage customer lifecycle from prospect to active account, • Monitor customer and industry trends to identify demand and opportunities, • Reactivate dormant accounts (18 months or older); reactivated accounts are commission eligible, • Maintain consistent communication with existing customers via phone and email, • Ensure accurate, up-to-date customer records and documentation, • Hands-on experience installing Door and Gate Operators, • Strong understanding of system hardware, components, and accessories, • Knowledge of installation tools and best practices, • Ability to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance by phone or email, • Customer-service driven with a problem-solving mindset, • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and results-focused, • Strong organizational and time-management skills, • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, • Professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude, • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, • Excellent decision-making and organizational skills, • High attention to detail, • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, • Intermediate computer proficiency, • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and communicate verbally, • Frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications, • Experience using CRM systems, • Strong technical knowledge of relevant tools and technology, • 401(k) with company match, • Health insurance, • Dental insurance, • Vision insurance, • Life insurance, • Commission pay, • Bonus opportunities, • Monthly bonuses, • Performance-based incentives
