Compensation: $160,000 at plan Responsibilities: • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations, • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision, • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction, • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data, • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers, • Lead generation, • Commercial lead follow-up, • Commercial sales, • Set commercial appointments, • Execute appointments, • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices, • Independent and self motivated, • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities, • Skilled in industry practices and lease language, • Real estate license is required, • Sales experience, • Must live within daily driving distance of the officeAbout Company KW Larchmont is Los Angeles' most collaborative office.
