About Us: Beauty Solutions, LLC is an independent boutique distributor of salon products for licensed cosmetologists and salons in the beauty industry. We inspire our beauty professionals with thoughtfully selected luxury salons products and tools, industry-leading education, jaw dropping showrooms, and a fully equipped team of Salon Support Consultants. We currently service in the great states of CA, AZ, and NV. Our Core Values: • PEOPLE, • ATTITUDE, • RELIABILITY The Sales Development Representative is part of a larger sales team and is responsible for developing and servicing accounts at Beauty Solutions. The Representative actively seeks new customers and builds relations through face-to-face interaction. 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Fridays) the Sales Development Representative will be traveling locally to meet assigned customers in person to grow the business. 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) working in the Las Vegas Resource Center. Assisting customers, creating leads for yourself, the outside sales team, and completing daily tasks that are assigned by the Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Building professional relationships, • Adhere to weekly rotation - this is a list of existing salons and prospective salons that are required to be seen each day the employee is in the field, • Provide superior customer service and sales to customers, • Visit salon owners and stylists to prospect, expand and cultivate business, • Devise captivating presentations to inform and educate clients about products and services available, • Opening and closing procedures at the Resource Center, • Customer pick-up order fulfillment, • Fulfillment of additional tasks as needed in the center, • Ensuring shelves are stocked, clean and current, • Receiving Product Shipments, • Merchandising with new products, • Preparing the center for beauty industry events, • Selling education tickets, • Confirming classes with educators, salon consultants, managers, and salon, • Coordination tasks for scheduling events, equipment and travel, • 2 years previous sales experience, • Ability to maintain a positive uplifting attitude., • Excellent verbal and written communication., • Quality customer service and care., • Aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking., • Must have reliable transportation., • Must be authorized to work in the US. 40 min lunch break Company DescriptionFounded over 18 years ago, Beauty Solutions is a trusted wholesale distributor dedicated to serving the professional hairdressing community.
