JOB TYPE: Full-time Compensation $32,000 -$45,000/year guaranteed base (during training period), or commission earnings - whichever is higher, per pay period. Most technicians earn meaningfully more ($60,000-$85,000) once route and speed builds up. ABOUT SLOAN APPLIANCE: We're a factory-certified service provider for Samsung, GE, Electrolux, and Bosch - meaning manufacturers send their warranty and service work directly to us. That steady pipeline of work is why we're growing instead of shrinking, and it's why we invest heavily in the technicians who make that service possible. YOUR ROLE: A year from now, you'll be running your own route - diagnosing and repairing major appliances in customers' homes, building a reputation for fast, reliable service, and growing your earnings through commission as your efficiency builds. Your territory is designed around your home address, so most days you start and end from home instead of driving to an office.
