Job Description IMMEDIATE INTERVIEWS THROUGH ZOOM– HUMAN RESOURCES -ADP, LEAVES, AND WORKERS' COMP– NEWPORT BEACH BY BACK BAY Anza Management is currently seeking a full-time HR Admin Assistant with experience in ADP, Leave of Absence, and Workers' comp. We are located in a beautiful location in Newport Beach, right on the Upper Back Bay, close to the beach and Fashion Island. Plenty of free parking and delicious places to eat. We have a relaxed and fun culture. Requirements: • 1-2 years HR experience preferred, • ADP Workforce Now experience required, • Workers' Compensation claims / Leaves, FMLA, PDL, etc., • Bilingual preferred- English/Spanish, • ADP Modules (Performance Reviews, Onboarding, Applicant Tracking System, Reports, Medical Benefits), • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred, • Have good computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., • Have good writing and basic math skills, • Must have a valid CA driver's license, • 100% Employer-sponsored benefits: Medical, Life insurance, Long-Term Disability., • Affordable Dental and Vision, • Cal-Savers Retirement Program, • 10 days of vacation, 10 days of sick days, 8 paid Holidays and 1 floating holiday Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00-5:00 pm Why Anza Management?
