This part-time position is perfect for someone passionate about helping others and eager to grow in a fun, fast-paced, and supportive medical environment. What You’ll Do • Greet and check in patients with a welcoming and professional attitude, • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and verify insurance, • Collect co-pays and process payments, • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry, • Coordinate patient flow and communicate with the clinical team, • Help ensure the front desk runs smoothly and efficiently, • Provide an excellent first impression and uphold our high standards of patient care What We’re Looking For • Excellent customer service and communication skills, • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude, • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic setting, • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems, • Weekend availability is required, • Previous medical office or customer service experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train the right person!
