Your treatment shop. • 24 locations and growing, • 7 different types of treatments in 1 shop Location: 1301 Dove St., Suite 670, Newport Beach, CA 92660 Schedule: 6 Month Contract possible extension, Monday to Friday (5 hours a day, 25 hours a week) Compensation: $28+/hourly (base on experience) What You Will Do: • Edit, update, and version existing creative across digital and print channels, including social, email, paid media, in-store collateral, and web assets., • Adapt campaign concepts across formats and platforms, ensuring all assets are optimized for channel-specific requirements and performance., • Support the creation of new assets as needed, including layouts, graphics, and light design work within established brand guidelines., • Maintain strict brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring fonts, colors, imagery, and messaging align with OrangeTwist standards., • Prepare and finalize production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in sizing, formatting, and specifications for both digital and print., • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand priorities, timelines, and campaign needs, executing quickly and efficiently., • Manage a high volume of projects simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines., • Continuously refine and optimize creative assets based on feedback, performance insights, and evolving business needs., • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, video and image editing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)., • 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with other design tools is a plus., • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects., • Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills., • Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)., • Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)., • Experience working within agile or collaborative team environments.
