Job DescriptionElectromechanical Assembly Technician Location: Redmond, WA Shifts: • First Shift: 5:30 AM - 3:30 PM, M-Th Job Description Are you looking for a stable, technical role in a clean production environment? We are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Technician to join our collaborative team in Redmond. Responsibilities • Perform electro-mechanical assembly of products at a seated workstation using assembly procedures, schematics, and engineering drawings., • Conduct hardware and diagnostic testing at the component and system level to verify operation and isolate faults., • Troubleshoot electronics, circuits, mechanical systems, and hardware to perform necessary repairs or adjustments., • Read and interpret layout drawings, mechanical drawings, and parts lists., • Document work performed, record test results, and update inventory data using a PC., • Manage materials and logistics, including moving finished products and packaging units for shipment., • Safely lift and transport equipment (computers, monitors, printers) weighing up to 60 pounds several times per day., • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area., • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, hardware testing, or mechanical assembly., • Technical Proficiency: Strong ability to read schematics, assembly procedures, and engineering drawings., • Troubleshooting: Proven ability to diagnose and repair electronics and mechanical hardware issues., • Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and the MS Office Suite; ability to learn new software quickly., • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk frequently and lift up to 60 pounds., • Communication: Clear verbal and written English communication skills., • Experience with medical device assembly or repair., • Familiarity with Salesforce or inventory management systems (e.g., Fishbowl)., • Exposure to computer imaging processes., • 401(k) Plan: Includes a 3% Safe Harbor contribution., • Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and long-term disability coverage., • Paid Time Off: 15 days of paid vacation, paid sick leave, 9 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday., • Career Development: Flexible, self-directed career growth and educational reimbursement. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kirkland, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
