A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SENIOR MAINTENANCE MANAGER The Senior Maintenance Manager supports the Property Manager in the overall operation and upkeep of the HKC facility, with a strong focus on preventive maintenance of landscaping equipment, small engines and vehicles, such as ATVs, UTVs, golf carts and trucks. This role is responsible for assisting with landscaping and field management, as well as the routine inspection, servicing, and repair of buildings and grounds. There is a cycle to the work based on the season (winterizing in the fall, planning and deep cleaning or repair in the winter, preparing for camp in the spring, and maintaining in the summer) but there are always regular tasks to be done regardless of the season. As a lineworker you will be assigned to one of four areas based on the needs of the business: Production Duty, Front End Duty, Sales Floor Duty or Loading Dock Duty.
