Position: Inventory Analyst Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Location: New York, NY (On-site, Full-time) Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inventory Analyst located at CADAR’s New York headquarters in Manhattan. The Inventory Analyst will oversee and manage inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in jewelry stock levels. Primary responsibilities include analyzing inventory data, maintaining inventory control systems, preparing detailed reports, and facilitating communication with internal teams to ensure proper stock replenishment. The role requires a strategic focus on inventory optimization to support CADAR’s operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage and optimize inventory processes, including receiving, quality inspection, labeling, storage, and order fulfillment., • Maintain accurate records for all stock, including consignment and supplier inventory, ensuring alignment with company policies., • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Production, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth multi-channel inventory flow., • Oversee stock quality and packaging standards; address discrepancies and propose corrective actions., • Conduct regular physical and cycle counts, reconcile variances, and maintain ERP/POS systems for accuracy., • Ensure compliance with security, insurance, and audit protocols., • Prepare inventory reports and provide actionable insights for stock optimization and replenishment. Education & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Experience & Skills • 2–5 years of experience, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or consumer products., • Proficiency with accounting and ERP software (e.g., QuickBooks, Odoo, or similar)., • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
