    Lunexa Cleaning Co. is looking for experienced independent cleaning contractors to take on residential jobs across the five boroughs. This is contract work, not employment. You choose which jobs you accept, and you set your own days. What you'd be doing: Standard cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out, and short-term rental turnovers in private homes and apartments. Daytime hours, Monday through Saturday. What it pays: Flat rate per job, not hourly. Typical range is $70–$294 per job depending on the service type, home size, and your experience level. Tier Levels: • Jobs 1–20: 50% of the job price, • Jobs 21–60: (You keep 60%), • Jobs 61+: (You keep 70%) How it works: • We send you a written work order for each job with the address, scope, deadline, and flat price., • You accept, or decline every time, no pressure either way., • Declining costs you nothing and doesn't affect future offers., • We pay by direct deposit on Fridays, and your choice of Weekly or instant (Same Day Pay) at tier 2., • No set schedule, no minimum hours. Driver- Transportation: Duties & Responsibilities Monday- Friday; Hourly; Medical Benefits; Earned vacation/sick time; Holidays Driver Responsibilities Transport and Escort *Transport older adults to and from the center and occasionally to various destinations as required. (i.e., medical appointments, benefits , etc.) *Ensure the safety of the passengers through the use of seat belts, wheel chair brackets and other safety devices. *Ensure that vehicle safety is adhered to at all times (i.e., passengers are secured and seated before driver moves) *Assist in the scheduling of routes. *Complete daily passenger log. *Collect and record participants contributions. *Ensure all required vehicle signs/postings are visible and up-to-date. Assist passengers with mobility needs, including wheelchair assistance and boarding/alighting procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times. Follow emergency response procedures for transportation incidents, including CPR and first aid when necessary, to address passenger health or safety issues promptly. Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior, performing pre-trip inspections and reporting any mechanical issues immediately. Communicate effectively with passengers using clear language; manage behavior and discipline when needed to ensure a respectful environment. Respond quickly to traffic changes or route adjustments to ensure on-time arrivals while prioritizing passenger safety. Adhere to all driving codes, policies, and local/state commercial driving laws while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. Experience Proven experience in driving, including transit bus operation, school bus driving, truck driving with a strong understanding of traffic laws and safety regulations. Experience working with seniors is highly desirable; ability to manage behavior and provide compassionate customer service. Knowledge of emergency response procedures for transportation situations such as accidents or medical emergencies; CPR certification is a plus. Familiarity with wheelchair assistance techniques Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage for serving diverse communities. Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements; knowledge of vehicle codes and transportation safety regulations required. We are looking for a dependable, knowledgeable technician who can take the lead on commercial low-voltage projects, troubleshoot systems, make decisions in the field, and help guide less-experienced technicians. Responsibilities: • Install, service, troubleshoot, test, and maintain low-voltage systems, • Work with CCTV and IP camera systems, • Install and service access control systems, • Install and troubleshoot burglar alarm systems, • Work with fire alarm systems, • Perform structured cabling and networking installations, • Program and configure security equipment, • Read scopes of work, drawings, and project requirements, • Troubleshoot system and installation issues independently, • Lead technicians and coordinate work on job sites, • Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and office staff, • Complete commercial installations from start to finish, • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites Qualifications: • Minimum 7 years of low-voltage experience, • 10+ years of experience preferred, • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, • Experience programming and configuring low-voltage/security systems, • Must be comfortable leading projects and directing other technicians, • Valid driver's license required, • Must be dependable and able to travel to job sites, • Ability to work occasional evenings, nights, or after-hours projects when required, • OSHA 30, NICET, FDNY, manufacturer certifications, and other industry certifications are a plus, but are not required
