Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTING MANAGER SUMMARY The Development Accounting Manager is a senior accounting leader responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial reporting activities related to the Company’s real estate development portfolio, including construction projects, development entities, joint ventures, and construction financing. This role manages the day-to-day development accounting function, leads a team of three professionals, and serves as a key partner to Development, Construction, Treasury, and senior leadership. Position Overview: The Floor Manager is responsible for leading front-of-house operations across multiple concepts within Provaré Restaurant Group. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong service execution, team development, guest recovery expertise, and operational discipline. This is not a passive management role. Our environment is fast, high-energy, and performance-driven. We are seeking leaders who can command a floor, motivate teams, and maintain elevated service standards under pressure.
