Job Description Our Kansas City, KS Medical Positioning location is looking for a New Business Representative to support our sales initiatives. Our New Business Representatives work from home a majority of the time, with the capability to be in the office with a 2-hour notice during business hours. The first 4 weeks consist of training on the products and getting to know your co-workers and the company, staff are required to be in the office full time during this period. Your Development Our New Business Development program is designed for highly motivated, results driven emerging professionals, looking to accelerate their knowledge and real-world experience. As a New Business Development Representative, your work prospecting within the acute care sector, prepares you for senior sales roles within the organization. s an integral part of our growing sales team, you will work closely with partner Account Executives and leadership, learning a consultative selling approach and mastering MPI solutions. What You’ll Do Educate end-users and facility leadership on the advantages of MPI solutions, garnering interest in your partner Account Executive territory Uncover business needs and challenges, while positioning MPI technologies as a compelling solution Prospect and generate qualified opportunities via telephone, email and video conferencing for partner Account Executives, driving pipeline and growing the MPI customer base Update key account fields for contacted accounts, including site information, GPO affiliation and health system structure Research new construction opportunities, establishing MPI as an early vendor for selection Collaborate with leadership, support and product development on end-user feedback and possible design solutions What You’ll Need A desire to learn more – While no previous medical sales training or experience is needed, as a New Business Development Representative you will participate in our hands-on training and mentoring program, learning the process of capital equipment purchasing for acute care and mastering MPI solutions Drive and adaptability – In an ever-evolving industry adapting our approach is essential to ensure our message is resonating with potential clients Ability to problem solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements – Our open-door policy encourages and benefits from ideas at all levels A bachelor's degree or equivalent real-world experience Who We Are Established in 1988 with the development of the EchoBed, MPI continues to lead the industry with innovative product development and a consultative client experience. Job Description JOB SUMMARY This position provides exceptional member service through effective supervision of retail employees and day-to-day branch operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS May include any and/or all of the following: • Develop effective employees through training, coaching, evaluating, motivating and goal-setting., • Oversee the daily operations of the office, addressing questions, coaching employees, ensuring compliance to standards and guaranteeing the delivery of superior member service., • Identify and establish goals in line with the strategic initiatives with emphasis on membership, deposit, and loan growth., • Develop and carry out action steps for achieving branch goals., • Propose capital budget items annually., • Review and manage branch controlled expenses (i.e. overtime) to ensure they are within budget and cost effective., • Maintain working vendor relationships for operation of the branch., • Work with managers, business development officers and other personnel to identify and implement strategic initiatives that achieve branch growth, including product promotions, community partner relations, and community involvement., • Foster and maintain effective relationships with local law enforcement., • Prepare daily and monthly reports and conduct regular departmental meetings., • Perform Member Service duties as needed to serve members., • Assist Senior Management with special projects as needed., • Participate in community events as a representative of the organization., • Coordinate schedules to ensure that there is sufficient coverage at all times., • Assist in the coordination of work flow with other departments. i.e. consumer lending, mortgage lending, Contact Center, business services, Credit Resolutions., • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. · Knowledge of: * * • Modern office equipment, • Credit Union operations, procedures, products, services, philosophies, practices, and systems, • Technology and various software programs, • Ability to:, • Speak with confidence and ability, • Strategic thinking and planning capability, • Develop, motivate, guide, and evaluate staff, • Read and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form, • Self direct with the initiative and drive necessary to activate a project from conception through completion, • Organize and prioritize in order to meet deadlines, • Solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations, • Write reports and correspondence and to speak effectively before members and employees, • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, • Skill in:, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with members and co-employees, • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, • Interpersonal and human relations, • Making effective and timely decisions Pursue opportunities for professional growth and development through training, education and self-study Successfully complete all applicable compliance training and testing Education and experience equivalent to: Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience A high school degree or equivalent.
