Position Overview: University Vision Centre is seeking a Front Office Coordinator / Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients. This role is critical in creating a positive patient experience while managing scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk operations. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced medical office environment.
