Practice Overview • Team support includes NPs, PAs, MAs, LPNs, and Rad Techs; on-site x-ray available, • Typical urgent care procedures and presentations: URI/flu/COVID/RSV/strep, worker's comp, physicals, sprains/fractures, laceration repair, I&D, suturing, • Patient mix approx. 40% pediatrics / 40% adults / 20% geriatrics Schedule • 7 on / 7 off, • Approximately 40-hour work week with built-in administrative responsibilities, • No call responsibility, • Clinic hours at both urgent care sites: 9am-9pm Mon-Fri; 10am-6pm Sat-Sun Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: 300,000 + RVU production incentive, • Quality bonus: 20,000; Medical Director stipend: up to 36,000 annually, • 20,000 sign-on bonus; relocation assistance up to 10,000, • Benefits include health/dental/vision; Simple IRA after 1 year (3% match); licensure/DEA/associations reimbursed; no PTO Candidate Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine, • Minimum 2 years of urgent care or relevant clinical experience strongly preferred, • Comfort supervising APPs and providing clinical oversight; strong communication and team leadership skills, • Previous leadership/Medical Director experience preferred Community & Location Highlights • West Texas metroplex combined population approximately 241,000, • International airport in nearby with direct flights to Austin, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Denver, • Cost of living approximately 8% lower than the national average (housing 15% lower, utilities 2% lower, groceries 7% lower) Reach out today to learn more about this opportunity and how it aligns with your career goals. \nCompany Description We are a healthcare staffing company that was founded in 2009 and focused on placing physicians and advanced practitioners in permanent, temporary, and executive-level roles.
