Job Description The role of the Relations Team Representative is to assist the General Manager and Sales Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio, building a relationship, providing a positive experience, and successfully moving them through the sales process to a membership sale. The Sales Representative also assists with retaining and providing unmatched customer service to current members. Boutique fitness knowledge or experience is preferred, but not required. This position is part-time position. Job DescriptionDescription: Position Summary: Consistent with the Christian mission and vision of the YMCA of Memphis & Mid-South, and in cooperation with other YMCA staff, under the direction of the Director, the Assistant Director is responsible for planning and implementing all activities and managing the execution of daily lesson plans for the Early Learning site according to DHS and YMCA policies and procedures. The Assistant Director will assist with supervising and training staff on best practices. The Assistant Director will be responsible for providing a program that will ensure the participants’ safety at all times and foster children’s social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth and adheres to YMCA program guidelines, Early Learning Standards, and DHS standards. The Assistant Director will maintain positive relationships with YMCA staff, school staff, and School Age participants.
