WHERE YOU’LL WORK Each day is different for our home care RNs. You will spend most of your time caring for hospice patients in their home, ALF, nursing home facility, hospital or medical facility, adjusting your schedule based on their needs. The total amount of visits may vary per day but on average it is 4 to 6. About once a week you'll come to the office to meet with the rest of your interdisciplinary team: the social workers, physicians, chaplains, and nurses who work together to provide whole-person support for the patients and families we serve.
