Job Description Personal.CX is a new subsidiary of Beautylish, Inc., focused on providing logistics services for personal care ecommerce brands. Since we started ecommerce in 2012, we have developed a great reputation for the high-touch and personal service that we provide for every order. Our Fresno fulfillment center is growing and we're seeking a strong Fulfillment Lead to join our leadership team. We pride ourselves on a reputation of fast and personalized service with every single order and we believe having strong and efficient operations at all levels creates the backbone needed to deliver a great customer experience. The Fulfillment Lead takes an active role in supervising our pick/pack/ship lines and participating in processing outbound orders to ensure our customers receive a perfectly packed and quickly shipped order every time. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can direct a team and be accountable for their success. The ideal candidate to join our growing team is ready to pitch in, be accountable, and bring a positive attitude every day. Your responsibilities will include: • Order Fulfillment:, • Pick, pack and ship orders alongside your team to hit daily goals, • Manage the workflow by assigning associates to tasks/stations as needed to maximize productivity, • Set and communicate shipping goals and keep your team motivated and focused, • Ensure quality standards are met by conducting QA checks and providing relevant feedback to associates, • Leadership & Operations:, • Coach Fulfillment Associates in performance and behavior situations by providing immediate, consistent feedback, • Collaborate effectively with management and team members to meet all KPIs, • Contribute to the operational efficiency of the warehouse by communicating suggestions for improvements and pitching in to help wherever needed, • Maintain safety of the work environment by following applicable SOPs, conducting equipment checks and safety walk-throughs, and requesting supplies/repairs., • Set the example for your team in professional conduct, work ethic, positivity, and communication Preferred Experience & Qualifications, • 3+ years previous pick/pack/ship experience in a small goods warehouse or ecommerce environment, • 1+ years previous supervisory/team management experience, • Computer literacy: experience using spreadsheet applications (e.g. Excel, GoogleSheets) and ability to learn and use various communication/collaboration software (e.g. Slack, Gmail, Google Drive), • Ability to stay focused and maintain accuracy in a busy warehouse environment, • Excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability, • Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude: as a lead, you should set the example!Requirements:, • Full time hours (42.5 hrs/wk), Mon-Fri with weekly rotating shifts: Opening (6:30am-3:00pm) and Closing (7:00am-3:30pm); OT required as needed, • Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift 50+ pounds, and work in a fast-paced, physically active environment, • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. If your application looks like a fit we will reach out by email to schedule an interview.
