Job DescriptionJob Summary The Project Manager is responsible for managing all administrative, financial, and contractual aspects of residential grading and site development projects. This role oversees projects from preconstruction through completion, ensuring grading operations are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with plans and municipal requirements. The Project Manager works closely with grading superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and developers to deliver build-ready residential lots.
