What You’ll Be Responsible For: Learning the HōM Pro Way: You’ll be trained in our signature procedures, tools, and customer care standards, so you can lead with confidence and clarity. Enforcing Quality & Consistency Client Interaction: Serve as a point of contact for clients on-site, resolving concerns professionally and ensuring every customer experience is 5-star.
