WORK ENVIRONMENT • This position is primarily field based, with most of the time spent conducting in-home energy audits and assessments at residential properties., • Auditors work independently in customers’ homes across assigned service territories, traveling daily between audit locations., • Work is performed in a variety of residential settings and may involve basements, attics, crawlspaces, and utility rooms., • This role requires regular interaction with homeowners and occupants, emphasizing professionalism, safety, and customer service., • Limited administrative and reporting tasks are completed remotely or from home using mobile and cloud-based program systems., • Work schedules may include occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate customer availability and program needs.
