Job Description Marketing Operations & Customer Care Coordinator Temporary (4–6 weeks)Emeryville, CA (Hybrid ) You are a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Customer Care Coordinator to support our Marketing and Customer Care teams during a period of increased workload. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy in marketing materials, timely response to customer inquiries, and smooth execution of cross-functional projects that impact store operations and sales. This position pays: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour What you will be doing: • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and ticketing systems, • Route customer escalations to appropriate internal teams (Operations, Marketing), • Track and report recurring customer issues and trends, • Support resolution of store-level concerns and assist customers with mobile app usage, • Review weekly ads, signage, and promotional materials for accuracy (pricing, dates, product details), • Ensure alignment between initial inputs and final published marketing content, • Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables using project management tools, • Support intake, tracking, and coordination of marketing requests across teams, • Collaborate with creative, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery What you bring: • 2–4 years of experience in customer service, marketing support, or operations support, • Customer service experience preferred, including handling escalations, • Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk), • Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills, • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgmentCompany DescriptionFor over 50 years, Nelson Connects has empowered employers and job seekers to achieve their unique versions of success.
