This role will drive SKU- and channel-level demand planning across Shopify DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop (US + UK), Walmart Marketplace, beauty supply distribution/ retail. You will also help build the foundation for international expansion, beginning with the UK and Canada, with the expectation of scaling to additional countries over time. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced, high-growth environments, can build structure quickly, and knows how to translate real-time market signals into actionable forecasts that protect in-stock performance and fuel profitable scale. Key Responsibilities You will own multi-channel demand forecasting across Bask & Lather Co, building and maintaining SKU-level forecasts for Shopify DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop (US + UK), Walmart Marketplace, beauty supply distribution, and expanding retail accounts. You will develop channel-specific forecasting logic that reflects the unique demand behaviors of each platform, including Amazons velocity and ranking-driven patterns, TikToks live and event-driven spikes, Shopifys promotional elasticity, Walmarts cadence, and beauty supply replenishment rhythms. You will also incorporate demand drivers such as influencer gifting and event gifting to ensure these programs are planned and do not create unexpected supply pressure. You will implement baseline and incremental demand models that separate steady-state demand from launch, promotion, and campaign uplift. You will maintain rolling 15-week, 6-month, and 12-month demand plans that support both immediate execution and long-range production and inventory strategy. You will continuously refine forecast assumptions based on historical performance, marketing plans, pricing changes, and real-time channel signals. You will lead demand planning readiness for big box retail and strategic wholesale growth, including initial launch builds, replenishment cycles, store count scaling, planogram transitions, and seasonal resets. You will partner with Sales and Finance to build item/store/week models, define ramp assumptions, and develop conservative-to-aggressive scenarios by channel to support responsible growth and protect inventory health. You will design forecasting frameworks for international expansion, starting with the UK and Canada and scaling to additional markets over time. This includes building country-level assumptions for market ramp curves, pricing differences, local seasonality, lead-time and import risk, and early-stage channel mix changes. You will align with Operations and Supply Chain on country-level safety stock and launch buffers, then tighten assumptions as in-market data becomes available. You will lead launch, promotion, and peak event forecasting for new SKUs, reformulations, bundles and kits, and seasonal or cultural moments. You will translate marketing and growth calendars into incremental unit forecasts with clear assumptions and run pre-mortems ahead of major events to identify risk SKUs, bottlenecks, and the required inventory buffers. You will convert demand plans into forecast-to-buy recommendations, including reorder timing, production staging, and raw material and packaging signals. You will partner with manufacturers and 3PLs to align production plans, smooth inbound flows, reduce emergency expediting, and maintain healthy weeks-of-cover targets by channel and region. You will lead the demand-side workstream within S&OP, ensuring cross-functional inputs are aligned to a single source of truth. You will also build and maintain dashboards that track forecast vs. actuals, in-stock performance, weeks of cover, promo lift accuracy, and slow-moving inventory, while maintaining strong master data hygiene across SKU attributes, case packs, lead times, channel mapping, and launch dates.
