Job Description Job Title: Sr. Manager, Field Marketing Job Type: Full Time, Exempt Reports To: CMO Location: Remote – hiring for 3 roles in 3 separate regions: • East Coast, with preference for NY/NJ area (open to additional locations), • Central – Midwest, with preference for Chicago area (open to additional locations), • Central –Sunbelt, with preference for Atlanta or Texas (open to additional locations) SUMMARY We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Sr. Manager, Field Marketing to lead our regional field marketing efforts, in 1 of 3 key regions – East Coast, Central/Sunbelt, and Central/Midwest. (The Field Marketing team will be comprised of 3 Sr. Manager roles, all reporting into a Sr. Director of Field Marketing based in Southern California.) This role will help drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, and local market sales through innovative, data-driven, and community-focused marketing initiatives. The Sr. Manager, Field Marketing will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Digital Marketing, and Franchise Development, to deliver results in both franchise and company-owned markets. This is a highly visible role for someone who combines big-brand experience with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to create scalable systems while also rolling up their sleeves to make an immediate impact. JOB DUTIES (include but are not limited to the following) • Field Marketing Strategy, • Build and execute field marketing strategies to drive guest traffic, trial, and community engagement., • Develop scalable programs for grand openings, local store marketing, regional campaigns, and community partnerships., • Use data and analytics to identify high-impact market opportunities and optimize performance across regions., • Partner with the Brand Marketing and Digital teams to localize national campaigns and ensure seamless execution., • Foster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and accountability across the team., • Franchise & Cross-Functional Collaboration, • Build strong relationships with franchisees and provide marketing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals., • Collaborate with Operations, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and consistent brand execution., • Serve as a marketing liaison to regional leadership and franchise advisory groups., • Budget Management, • Manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring ROI-driven decision-making and prudent allocation of resources., • Track and report on program performance, providing insights and recommendations with leadership., • Community Engagement & PR Support, • Lead local community marketing initiatives, sponsorships, and partnerships to build brand goodwill and increase store visibility., • Support local PR activations in collaboration with the Brand Marketing team. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field., • 5+ years of experience in Field Marketing or Regional Marketing roles, • Experience at a major consumer brand (food, beverage, or retail preferred), with exposure to an emerging / high-growth brand a plus., • Relationship-builder – exceptional ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and franchise operators., • Hands-on – equal parts strategic leader and scrappy doer, knowing how to build scalable systems, yet not afraid to roll up your sleeves., • Analytical mindset – comfortable using data to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance., • Ability to travel – willingness to travel regularly (up to 40%) across assigned region and nationally for key initiatives., • Strong project management and organizational skills., • Foster a collaborative team environment., • Excellent communication and negotiation skills., • A passion for food and an understanding of customer trends in the bakery market., • Experience in the QSR space &/or franchise brand experience highly preferred., • Proficient in MS Office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
