The base salary range for the Project Manager (Level II) position is $135,000 to $165,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and demonstrated capabilities. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary. Half of the bonus opportunity (7.5%) is tied to structured company and individual performance metrics, while the remaining 7.5% is uncapped and tied to project performance, allowing high performers to exceed the target bonus potential.
