Job Description JOB TITLE: IT Integration Specialist PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Support our organization’s day-to-day IT operations, including workstation setup, network troubleshooting, and ERP system support. In addition to traditional IT responsibilities, this role will be instrumental in exploring, implementing, and managing AI-powered tools that enhance business productivity, automation, and data analysis. CORE VALUES: The following list of Core Values and Behaviors are necessary to meet the minimum requirements: TEAMWORK • Help each other succeed, • Communicate clearly and directly, listen well, • Encourage teammates, • Honor your commitments, • Do the right thing, • Improve processes, • Open to new ideas, • Share information, and teach, • Deliver results, • Analyze data for improvement, • Take ownership and accountability, • Exhibit passion in serving customers, • Contribute solutions, • Sense of urgency, • Be the best at what you do, • Be positive, • Celebrate achievements, • Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, and network equipment., • Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and general IT-related issues across all facility locations., • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access within various systems, including Omega Cube and other company applications., • Assist with maintenance and troubleshooting of the company’s ERP system (e.g., user issues, data errors, workflow problems)., • Collaborate with department managers to identify opportunities for automation or AI integration., • Evaluate, deploy, and manage AI tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automation solutions) to improve internal operations., • Provide training and documentation for end users on new systems and AI features., • Work with marketing/website team to improve website effectiveness., • Ensure data privacy, system security, and compliance with IT policies., • Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation projects., • Other duties as assigned REPORTS TO: IT Manager WORKS WITH: Vendors & B&J Team Members SAFETY REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Follow all OSHA safety regulations and those set by B&J, Industries REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Essential • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field., • 3+ years of experience in Held Desk support, Server Management and systems administration., • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Epicor, etc.)., • Hands-on experience with setting up PCs, configuring networks, and supporting Microsoft Office 365., • Demonstrated experience with implementing or supporting AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, automation tools like Zapier or Power Automate)., • Experience with LLMs a plus, • Experience with coding (SQL, C++, PLC Programming), • Strong problem-solving and communication skills., • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., • Experience in Omega Cube is a plus PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Sit 50%, Stand 15%, Walk 27%, Bend 1%, Squat 0%, Lift 5%, Twist 0%, Kneel 0%, Reach Above Shoulder 0%, Climb 0%, Drive 2%, Push/Pull 0%. Exposure to dust, heat and cold.
