Job Summaryâ?¢ Job Summary: â?¢ Working as a Resident Regional Manager, you are responsible for multiple clinical engineering accounts. You are responsible for managing client relations, along with ensure that the clinical engineering services offered to the customers is of superior quality. â?¢ Key Responsibilities: â?¢ â?¢ • Develops financial forecasts and balance programs and resources for multiple clinical engineering accounts within the regionâ?¢, • Develops a business plan and budget for the regionâ?¢, • Controls overhead expenses within the regionâ?¢, • Responsible for attainment of financial goals for the regionâ?¢, • Reviews and analyzes financial statements, weekly operating reports, and other financial resultsâ?¢, • Recommends and manages capital requirements to maximize financial returnsâ?¢, • Actively involved with sales survey pricing of businessâ?¢, • Monitors future contract financial reviews and updatesâ?¢, • Responsible for productivity and staffing that is appropriate to the regional and divisional goalsâ?¢, • Monitors period analysis and initiate action plans as necessaryâ?¢, • Maintains and supports client satisfaction at a level that ensures account retentionâ?¢, • Maintains an active stewardship program at multiple levels within the regionâ?¢, • Administers required client/customer surveys (and other feedback instruments) and responds in a timely and effective mannerâ?¢, • Promotes client awareness of program alternatives and the availability of corporate resourcesâ?¢, • Monitors and ensures compliance with the provisions of client contractsâ?¢, • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience requiredâ?¢, • Five+ years supervisory experience in clinical engineering with high customer/client contact requiredâ?¢, • Experience managing multiple clinical engineering accountsâ?¢, • Budgeting, forecasting, sales experience preferredâ?¢, • Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsâ?¢, • Ability to multi-tasks and establish prioritiesâ?¢, • Ability to maintain organization in a changing environmentâ?¢, • Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadershipâ?¢, • Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office proceduresâ?¢ ESFM is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
