Job Description Product Compliance Trainer Full-Time | Hybrid – 3 days in Downtown Miami office per week (Not A Remote Position) | Some Travel Required About the Role We are partnering with an Insurance Platform, who is seeking a Product Compliance Trainer to support their rapidly growing health insurance distribution ecosystem. This role ensures that internal staff and independently contracted agencies understand and follow all compliance, product, and sales-practice requirements across Short-Term Medical (STM), Limited Medical, Employer sponsored group health plans / working-owner plans, supplemental health, and carrier-specific guidelines. The Product Compliance Trainer will design, deliver, and maintain high-quality training programs that reduce risk, improve sales accuracy, and align with state/federal regulatory standards along with carrier expectations. This role reports to the Director of Strategy & Risk and works closely with Compliance, Product, Commercial Agency Management teams. Job Description Summary: This position is primarily responsible for coordinating the activities of workers engaged in selling alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises. This position is also responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to patrons of the bar by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
