Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for growth and emerging trends in the Wound Care sector. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals., • Gain a thorough understanding of our product portfolio, including Medical Nutrition Therapy, parenteral nutrition, and appropriate patient selection, to effectively communicate their benefits and applications to customers. Utilize basic knowledge of insurance and Pentec processes to assist customers in understanding clinical criteria to identify the most appropriate patients for our services and therapy as well as effectively communicating the ease of the referral process. Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field related to life sciences, healthcare, or business. Clinical certification or infusion healthcare and or wound care a plus., • 3-5 years of successful parenteral nutrition, home infusion, or direct wound care clinical selling experience., • Strong analytical skills including pipeline management, territory analysis and territory management. Proven success with complex sales process. Experience selling in an environment with multiple call points and decision makers within an account. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to create and develop new business opportunities. Salary Range: $85,000- $90,000 annual base, plus incentive structure Pentec Health offers a comprehensive compensation and full benefits package.
