Duties • Cultivate new business opportunities through strategic lead generation, cold calling, and targeted marketing efforts to expand the customer base within assigned territories., • Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, conducting product demos, and upselling solutions tailored to client needs., • Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales potential and ensure consistent coverage of key prospects and clients., • Conduct detailed analysis of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning., • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer information, and streamline communication processes., • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and adhering to company policies., • Deliver compelling product presentations and technical demonstrations that highlight the features, benefits, and value propositions of our industrial solutions., • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility in the B2B industrial sector., • Proven experience in outside sales or business development within the industrial or technology sectors, with a focus on B2B sales., • Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B Sales, • Texas DL, • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, • Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships effectively., • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and account management., • Excellent analysis skills to interpret market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans accordingly., • Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches., • Knowledge of technical sales processes, including product demos, upselling techniques, and solution-based selling strategies., • Exceptional customer service skills combined with practical communication abilities for engaging diverse business clients. $25 to $29 an hour plus commission Work Location: In person Send your resume to
