What you'll do: • Facilitate beginner-friendly, structured group sessions focused on topics such as:, • Understanding mental health & substance use, • Emotional regulation, • Coping skills & self-awareness, • Building trust in group settings, • Provide consistency, stability, and positive reinforcement, • Complete timely documentation and collaborate with the treatment team, • Participate in group and individual supervision Ideal Candidate: • Youre patient, encouraging, and trauma-informed, • You enjoy breaking down clinical concepts in relatable ways, • You value meeting clients with empathy and zero judgment, • You can maintain boundaries while creating a welcoming environment Qualifications: • Registered associate (ACSW, AMFT, APCC) or Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC), • At least 1+ years of experience in MH/SUD settings (internship or practicum included), • Experience working with early-stage clients is a plus, • Comfortable facilitating groups of 412 clients, • Must pass background, TB, drug screening, and provide liability insurance Schedule & Location: • Flexible scheduling: 610 hours/week to start, • ON-CALL needed Monday-Thursdays Make the first steps count.
