Position Overview We are seeking a Full-time Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to clients aged three years and older. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and their families or natural supports to assess strengths and needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver tailored therapy services. Compensation: This position is compensated using a piece rate model, where pay is based on the Relative Value Units (RVUs) assigned to each billable service. Each clinical service (e.g., individual therapy, group therapy, assessments) is assigned a specific RVU value, and your total compensation is determined by the number and type of services you deliver. Estimated income ranges: • Associate Licensed: $44 - $47/ unit, • Fully Licensed: $47 - $51/unit *Final compensation is determined by factors such as education, licensure level, experience and other qualifications. Key Responsibilities * Clinical Assessments: • Conduct initial Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment needs., • Recommend appropriate treatment modalities and evidence-based practices. Therapeutic Interventions: • Provide individual and family therapy services directly, or facilitate referrals as necessary., • Collaborate with clients and their families to assess strengths, identify needs, and set treatment goals., • Assist families with planning, developing, and implementing treatment and ancillary services. Documentation and Review: • Maintain accurate and timely records, including service notes, treatment plans, and assessment tools., • Education: Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field., • Licensure: Must hold a current Full mental health license in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW/A or LCMHC/A).
