Delivery Manager – HPC / Data Center Infrastructure Location: Dallas, TX or New York City, NY Type: Direct Hire Travel: 10–20% • Annual performance bonus, • 100% company-paid benefits, including health, dental, and vision, • Long-term growth opportunity within a rapidly scaling HPC / AI infrastructure environment Overview Our client is seeking a highly analytical and technically grounded Delivery Manager to support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of complex, cross-functional programs within a rapidly scaling HPC and data center infrastructure environment. This role is focused on connecting strategy to execution across large-scale technical delivery initiatives involving engineering, infrastructure, operations, finance, procurement, and third-party partners. The Delivery Manager will build and maintain integrated program plans, translate ambiguity into clear ownership and execution cadences, and produce decision-ready artifacts that help leadership drive alignment, accountability, and delivery across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings a strong delivery management background, a consulting-oriented mindset, and enough technical grounding to operate effectively with engineering, systems, infrastructure, and data center stakeholders. This person should be comfortable managing complex programs involving cross-functional internal teams, external partners, technical dependencies, schedules, budgets, and operational handoffs. Experience in HPC, data center infrastructure, mission-critical environments, systems engineering, infrastructure delivery, or complex technical programs is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Program Delivery & Execution • Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and third-party partners, • Track key milestones, dependencies, deliverables, decisions, risks, and critical path items across complex technical programs, • Translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans, ownership models, timelines, and measurable outcomes, • Maintain alignment between engineering priorities, business objectives, budgets, schedules, and operational readiness requirements, • Support delivery across HPC infrastructure, data center programs, engineering initiatives, and related cross-functional workstreams, • Ensure program plans remain current as priorities, dependencies, timelines, technologies, or business conditions shift, • Drive follow-through across internal teams and external partners to ensure commitments are met and issues are resolved Technical Program Coordination • Partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, operations, procurement, finance, and third-party delivery partners, • Support technical delivery planning across systems engineering, data center infrastructure, compute infrastructure, facilities, and related workstreams, • Translate ambiguous technical or business objectives into defined deliverables, acceptance criteria, milestones, and decision points, • Help identify technical dependencies, delivery risks, sequencing constraints, and integration points across teams, • Facilitate alignment between internal engineering teams and outside vendors, consultants, contractors, or implementation partners, • Support coordination of schedules, budgets, resource needs, partner deliverables, and operational handoff requirements Strategy, Planning & Operating Models • Support the development and evolution of integrated program strategies aligned with long-term value creation objectives, • Partner with leadership to design and implement future-state operating models across processes, technology, organizational structures, and skills, • Reflect strategic priority shifts in operational roadmaps and delivery plans, • Contribute to the development and refinement of program delivery methodologies, governance frameworks, and execution standards, • Help define scalable processes, cadences, tools, and reporting models that improve visibility, accountability, and delivery discipline, • Support portfolio-level planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and prioritization across technical programs Governance, Reporting & Executive Communication • Own and maintain risk registers, issue logs, decision logs, dependency trackers, milestone plans, and delivery dashboards, • Produce decision-ready artifacts and executive-facing communications, including one-pagers, briefings, trackers, integrated schedules, and status updates, • Clarify options, assumptions, risks, tradeoffs, and critical paths for leadership review, • Facilitate governance cadences, stakeholder updates, working sessions, and cross-functional workshops, • Ensure risks, issues, decisions, and action items are assigned, escalated, tracked, and closed in a timely manner, • Define and track KPIs that measure program performance, transformation progress, delivery health, and strategic impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement • Perform deep-dive analyses of program data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities, • Develop tools, models, and reporting mechanisms to improve forecasting, capacity planning, execution visibility, and portfolio oversight, • Facilitate scenario planning to help leadership evaluate alternative delivery paths and make informed decisions, • Lead lessons learned sessions and integrate feedback into future planning, execution, and delivery cycles, • Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, partner governance, execution discipline, and cross-functional coordination Required Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, • 5–10 years of experience in delivery management, program management, project analysis, technical program management, operations, or management consulting, • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs involving engineering, infrastructure, operations, finance, procurement, and/or third-party partners, • Strong technical grounding with the ability to work effectively with engineering, systems, infrastructure, or data center teams, • Experience building integrated delivery plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and driving execution across multiple workstreams, • Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous objectives into clear deliverables, ownership, acceptance criteria, and execution plans, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes, synthesize complex information, and recommend actionable solutions, • Experience operating within governance rhythms, including cadences, trackers, decision logs, risk registers, issue logs, and executive reporting, • Excellent communication, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, • Ability to manage shifting priorities, competing stakeholder needs, and evolving scopes in fast-paced technical environments, • Ability to travel 10–20% as needed for site visits, stakeholder meetings, partner coordination, and program execution support Preferred Experience • Experience in HPC, data center infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, or large-scale technical infrastructure programs, • Experience working with engineering teams, infrastructure teams, facilities teams, construction partners, vendors, consultants, or third-party delivery organizations, • Background in technical delivery, systems engineering, infrastructure program management, or complex capital project environments, • Experience supporting executive-level reporting, portfolio planning, transformation initiatives, or value creation programs, • Certification in project or program management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or similar, • Experience with scope governance, acceptance criteria, milestone gates, and structured delivery methodologies Ideal Profile The
