This is a stable, ongoing need supporting an MD + APP coverage model, offering a mix of day, swing, and night shifts with strong physician collaboration and modern systems. Opportunity Snapshot • Location: Harker Heights, TX, • Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital – Level IV Trauma Center, • Contract Type: Locum Tenens (1099), • Start Date: March 1, 2026, • Assignment Length: Long-term (6+ months), • Monthly Commitment: ~10 shifts/month, • Coverage Model: MD + APP, • 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, • 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, • 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM, • 6:00 PM – 4:00 AMProviders must be comfortable covering a mix of shifts as needed by the department.
