Overview: The Bulk Technician driver operates tractors and vacuum trailers servicing municipal, industrial and commercial customers with non-hazardous bulk liquid transportation and disposal services. Execute local pick up and deliveries Monday through Friday, work some weekends but always be home for the end of the day! Follow through with RFIs to maintain the project runs as scheduled and communicate with Engineering Team., • Conduct on-site observations of the work in progress to assist Engineer in determining if the Work is proceeding in accordance with the Contract Documents, both alone and/or as part of a team., • Keep a diary or logbook of all observations and daily activities for ongoing work and provide Engineer with daily reports to include all labor trades and equipment supplied by Contractor., • Review applications for payment with Contractor and confer with Engineer on recommendations for progress payments., • Be knowledgeable of NJDEP procedures and requirements for management of a project., • Perform field testing of materials installed and start-up and acceptance of equipment., • Prepare a final punch list at substantial completion and perform final project review for project closeout., • Construction and building inspectors examine worksites, both alone and as part of a team. Some inspectors climb ladders or crawl in tight spaces. Most work full time during regular business hours. The annual base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is $55,000 - $82,500. This range represents a good faith estimate and is based on factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. Within this range, individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, education, and training. Job Description The Fitness Instructor / Fitness Trainer will be responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Core Fitness Instructor Responsibilities:, • Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule., • Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to properly and safely use the equipment., • Help to promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies., • Frequently perform a comprehensive walk of all fitness areas to ensure a great member experience.
