Job Description Las Vegas, NV / Full-time / On-site (Possible Hybrid) Position Summary GC2IT is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support program financial management, budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement coordination for an international Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3i) modernization program. The Financial Analyst will play a key role in maintaining financial visibility across the program lifecycle, ensuring accurate cost reporting, budget monitoring, and alignment between labor, materials, travel, and other direct costs. This position will work closely with Program Management, Contracts, Accounting, and the Purchasing team to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and proactive cost control. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities: • Monitor and manage program budgets, funding allocations, and cost performance, • Track labor, material, travel, and subcontractor expenditures against approved budgets, • Maintain accurate project setup, cost tracking, and reporting within Deltek Costpoint, • Support purchasing activities by validating funding availability prior to commitments, • Coordinate with the Purchasing team to ensure proper charge codes, cost allocation, and financial controls are applied to procurements, • Review and reconcile purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor invoices, • Assist in preparation of financial status reports, forecasts, and burn rate analyses, • Support development and maintenance of Estimates at Completion (EACs) and financial projections, • Reconcile actuals against forecasts and identify cost variances, • Provide financial data in support of program reviews and internal leadership briefings, • Ensure compliance with FAR cost principles and internal accounting policies, • Support monthly financial close processes and contract reporting requirements, • Demonstrated experience using Deltek Costpoint for project setup, cost tracking, and reporting, • Strong understanding of project-based accounting within a government contracting environment, • Experience supporting purchasing/procurement teams with funding validation and cost control, • Knowledge of cost-reimbursable and fixed-price contract structures, • Familiarity with FAR cost principles and allowable cost guidelines, • Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and risks, • Experience developing forecasts, EACs, and budget projections, • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis functions), • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management, • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, • 5+ years of experience in government contract financial analysis, • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Deltek Costpoint, • Experience supporting DoD or FMS programs preferred WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work environment will have moderate noise when working in an office environment.
