Qualifications Master’s Degree and at least 2 years of instructional leadership experience Minimum of three years of experience working in a high school setting and/or with the high school population Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse constituencies, including students, parents, trustees, school representatives, community members, and donors. Understand the nuances of urban school environments and school culture. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
