Job DescriptionSalary: $17 - $20 hourly DOE Job Summary Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments. Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items. Performs administrative and clerical support tasks. Performs basic filing and recordkeeping. Responsibilities • Greet clients and answer and direct phone calls, • Create purchase order requests, • Maintain filing systems, both electronically and physically, • Data entry, • Clean and stock lobby, breakroom, and conference room, • Route all invoices from document imaging, • Send new uniform requests to vendor, • Maintain driver, truck, and equipment lists, • MVD plates & registration, • Maintain office supplies, • Support coworkers with various office duties, • Receive and sign for packages, • Review timesheets for drivers & mechanics verify no time is missing, • Prepare fuel cards for pick up Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent, • 1 year receptionist experience, • Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Bilingual English and Spanish
