REPORTS TO: General Manager; Director of Operations KEY RELATIONSHIPS: Guests, Kitchen Staff, Stewarding Staff, F&B Staff, Management Team Job Description: The Assistant General Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, including the selection, development and performance management of employees. In addition, they oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and Director of Operations. We are looking for a Dual Rate Dealer / Floor Supervisor that will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the table games pit area. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of the Table Games Shift Manager, the Dual Rate Employee will be working some shifts as a Table Games Dealer and other shifts as a Table Games Floor Supervisor. The Table Games Dealer is responsible for dealing a variety of casino table games in strict accordance with the rules of the respective games and the Table Games Department policies and procedures. The Table Games Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activity of all table games, ensuring the gaming activity and dealing procedures comply with Table Games Department policies and procedures. The Table Games Floor Supervisor monitors and supports team members assigned to their areas, and additionally may conduct a variety of casino games; providing prompt and courteous service to all gaming patrons. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years old or older. Must be able to deal and supervise dice, roulette and card experience. Must have a valid NV Gaming Card.
