Your Role as an Outpatient Therapist: Under the supervision of a Licensed Clinical Supervisor, you will provide high-quality, client-centered therapeutic services to children and families in individual, family, and group settings. You’ll be a vital part of a multidisciplinary team that shares a passion for long-term healing and empowerment. What You'll Do: • Manage a full caseload providing outpatient therapy using a family systems approach, • Complete psychosocial evaluations, treatment plans, diagnoses (DSM/ICD), and progress notes within our Electronic Health Record, • Partner with clients and families to set goals, track progress, and engage them in their care, • Meet team productivity, billing, and documentation standards, • Stay in compliance with Medicaid, contract, and agency guidelines, • Work collaboratively with peers, supervisors, and community stakeholders, • A Master’s degree from a Florida-eligible mental health, social work, or MFT program, • Eligibility for FL intern registration (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI), • Moderate tech proficiency (EHR + Microsoft Office Suite), • Strong clinical instincts, communication skills, and documentation habits, • Experience developing DSM/ICD-based treatment plans, • Bilingual in Spanish (with additional compensation!), • Discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance, • Additional pay for bilingual skills, • Generous PTO and paid holidays, • 401(k) with 3% employer match, • Flexible Spending Plan for medical and dependent care, • Licensure supervision for registered interns, • Annual Professional Development stipend, • Licensure reimbursement, • Team-based culture with strong mentorship and clinical support, • Purpose-driven work that makes a difference Check us out on social media!
