If you are interested kindly share profile at \n \n \n Title: SAP FICO Specialist / Architect \n Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite) \n Duration: Fulltime \n \n Role Summary : \n Own the end-to-end Finance solution architecture on global SAP S/4HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield conversion and selective data transition, on both RISE with SAP and on-premises — from fit-to-standard through build, test, cutover and hypercare, with a clean-core, BTP-first extensibility model. \n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Serve as the accountable Finance lead architect on global S/4HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield conversion and selective data transition, for RISE and on premises.\n, • Own FI & CO design: GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Universal Journal/ACDOCA, Margin Analysis, Product Costing, Overhead Management and Group Reporting.\n, • Design intercompany accounting end to end — ICMR matching and reconciliation, transfer pricing, cross-company postings and eliminations.\n, • Architect banking integrations: bank account management, MBC/SWIFT connectivity, payment formats, electronic bank statement, lockbox and payment approval workflow.\n, • Own FSCM across Credit, Collections, Dispute and Cash Management, with In-House Cash and Treasury interfaces.\n, • Design to US GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition plus statutory and local GAAP reporting via parallel ledgers, multi-currency and localization.\n, • Define SAP BTP usage in Finance to enable clean core — side-by-side extensions, Integration Suite, process automation and AI/Joule-based finance automation.\n, • Enforce the clean-core extensibility model: key-user and developer extensibility, custom-code remediation, Simplification Item and Readiness Check outcomes.\n, • Architect FICO integration with SD, MM, PP, PS and the peripheral landscape — tax engines (Vertex/OneSource), e-invoicing and document compliance, treasury, T&E, billing and EPM/reporting.\n, • Own finance data migration and reconciliation — master data, open items, balances, history — with tie-out controls agreed with controllership.\n, • Chair the Finance design authority; run fit-to-standard workshops with CFO, controllership and process owners; approve specs, RICEFW and change requests.\n, • Embed SOX controls, segregation of duties, audit traceability and GRC requirements; guide the team through SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare.\n\n \n Required Qualifications: \n\n • 12+ years SAP Finance with direct lead responsibility for FI & CO delivery on multiple global S/4HANA programs.\n, • Strong SAP ECC FI/CO background — able to lead ECC enhancement, support and rollout projects alongside S/4HANA transformations.\n, • Architecture ownership across all three transition variants — greenfield, brownfield and selective data transition — on RISE and on-premise.\n, • Strong command of US GAAP, ASC 606 and statutory reporting, including parallel ledgers and country localization.\n, • Hands-on SAP BTP experience in the finance domain — clean core, AI and process automation — is mandatory.\n, • Proven depth in intercompany accounting, banking integrations and FSCM; delivery in highly integrated landscapes with multiple peripheral applications.\n, • Excellent CFO / controller / IT-leadership stakeholder and workshop facilitation skills; Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or CS.\n\n \n Preferred Skills: \n\n • SAP S/4HANA Finance, BTP and SAP Activate certifications; Central Finance, Group Reporting, SAC or Datasphere experience.\n, • CPA, CA or MBA (Finance); Big 4 or global SI background; industry depth in discrete manufacturing and heavy equipment.\n\n \n \n \n Best Regards, \n Manohar Swamy \n DTAI Hiring Team, Genpact \n E: Manoharswamy.p@genpact.com \n \n Connect on LinkedIn: \n \n Equal Opportunity Statement: Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
