The Role Flourish is hiring a Founding Lead Teacher to launch and lead our next microschool in Nashville. This is a hands‑on teaching and leadership role where you’ll: • Teach and mentor middle school students (5th–8th) through project‑based, AI‑supported learning, • Build a thriving school culture rooted in joy, purpose, and belonging, • Recruit and engage families, forging deep community partnerships, • Lead a small team of educators and model Flourish’s culture of excellence Requirements ✅ Who We’re Looking For • Licensed 5th–8th (or K–8) educator with 3+ years’ classroom experience (Master’s preferred), • A builder: owner’s mindset, bias to action, resourceful problem‑solving, reliable follow‑through, • Deep belief in family partnerships and community engagement, • Strong leadership and team motivation skills; calm under pressure, • Technological fluency & interest in emerging educational tools (AI a plus), • Bonus: Spanish‑language skills or experience in high‑quality child‑focused environments ????
