Key Responsibilities 1. Graphic Design & Content Creation • Design visually consistent marketing materials including brochures, flyers, product one‑pagers, pitch decks, infographics, trade show materials, and event collateral., • Produce branded visual content for digital channels such as email campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, and online advertisements., • Support development of multimedia assets including GIFs, animations, motion graphics, and simple video edits to enhance storytelling., • Assist with layout design for internal communications, training materials, and company announcements., • Translate complex concepts into clear, visually engaging graphics.2. Project & Workflow Management, • Manage multiple design requests simultaneously while prioritizing deadlines and maintaining high quality standards., • Clearly communicate project status, timelines, and requirements., • Maintain organized design files, version control, and naming conventions., • Coordinate with external vendors such as printers, illustrators, photographers, and videographers., • Assist in building scalable design systems and templates for repeatable use. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field., • 3-5 years of professional design experience; experience within insurance, financial services, healthcare, or TPA industries is a plus., • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and Canva., • Experience with motion graphics, simple video editing, or animation preferred., • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, or basic web design principles is a plus., • Strong conceptual thinking and ability to understand and visually translate business needs., • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail., • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team.
