This position will further support the District Loss Prevention Manager(s) by conducting awareness training, root cause analysis and threat assessments. * Responsible for the implementation, training and coordination of all Loss Prevention best practices. This includes training all store associates and managers on company Loss Prevention programs to ensure compliance. * Conduct Loss Prevention assessments/investigations. * Ensure the physical security of the building and Company assets: complete monthly alarm tests, partner with DLPM and LP Coordinator to resolve alarm and CCTV issues, respond to after-hours alarm calls as needed, ensure store alarm system call list is up-to-date, ensure any key or safe combination changes occur upon changes in management. * Conduct ongoing MES training, ensures timely completion of certification programs; assist with all new-hire training and in-depth training for specialized positions. * Detection, investigation, and documentation of Organized Retail Crime, and other violations of law and/or company policy. * Conduct thorough analysis of daily, weekly and monthly exception reports to identify areas of opportunity. * Research and respond to cash over/short reporting. * Partner with Distribution Center Loss Prevention Supervisor to resolve issues involving the flow of merchandise to the store and any firearms issues. * Conduct store Loss Prevention Assessments to ensure compliance with Company processes and legal requirements. * Support the Shrink Coach in ensuring compliance of self-assessments. * Conducts regular review of operational processes for compliance - SIM, Transfers, Claims, RTVs, SFS, BOPIS and Known Loss Reporting. Develops tactics for improvement as necessary. The expected base pay for this role will be between $45,000 and $55,000 per year at the commencement of employment. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Physician – Palliative Care at Thyme Care, you will provide compassionate, expert, patient-centered care for members living with advanced cancer and complex chronic comorbid conditions. You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary team, including Community Health Workers, Oncology Nurses, Social Workers, and Nurse Practitioners, to ensure each member's physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met comprehensively. You will: • Conduct virtual specialty palliative care visits, offering symptom management, advance care planning, and psychosocial support to members and their caregivers., • Provide virtual urgent or same-day clinical visits as needed, using evidence-based assessment and triage to guide safe, timely care., • Partner with an interdisciplinary team to create and monitor individualized, goal-concordant care plans that evolve with members' needs., • Lead or participate in interdisciplinary case conferences, offering expert clinical guidance on complex or advanced cases., • Collaborate closely with Thyme Care's Nurse Practitioners to ensure high-quality, coordinated care and consistent clinical standards., • Support program development and quality improvement through feedback, education, documentation excellence, and participation in clinical initiatives. All patient interactions are virtual via video, phone, text, or Thyme Care's care platform. NY-based clinicians may be asked to participate in occasional in-person collaboration. You may occasionally provide backup weekend call support for the Nurse Practitioner team. WHAT YOU'VE DONE • Board-certified physician in a relevant specialty with subspecialty training or equivalent experience in Palliative Care., • At least two years of post-training clinical experience, primarily in palliative care, complex primary care, or oncology., • Unrestricted medical license and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed., • Demonstrated excellence in virtual or telehealth care delivery, communication, and documentation., • Skilled in the care of complex patients, shared decision-making, advance care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration., • Prior experience in a startup or value-based-care organization., • Interest in leveraging data and innovation to improve oncology care. The base salary for this role is $200,000-$240,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level. This position is also bonus-eligible.
